The Company uses a number of different IT services and IT systems for its operations. Some of these services and systems may be used to store and process Personal Data. In such cases the IT provider acts as processor for the Company and processes the data on behalf of the Company and exclusively according to its instructions. Any Personal Data obtained from you are stored and processed in a secure manner, and the information is encrypted in accordance with current data protection legislation. You are entitled to request information about your Personal Data that are held and processed by the Company. You are also entitled to demand that inaccurate Personal Data about you are rectified, that your Personal Data are erased, to object to certain forms of processing of your Personal Data and to request the transfer of your Personal Data (data portability). Some of the rights mentioned above will not come into force until 25 May 2018, which is the date when the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect.
